Really helps!

I work weird shifts, including overnights, on call x 72 hours with frequent call ins, etc. So my sleep habits suffer alot. This stuff actually works and doesn't leave me feeling super groggy in the morning. I pair it with Mg and selenium and actually sleep on my days off!
